The Rooms of Reflect Krystal Grand Los Cabos

Your mood has already brightened to vacation mode at the sight of guests lounging with tall drinks in shades of primary colors lazing in the lobby bar with its expansive views toward the Sea of Cortez. You have passed outside rows of rooms with swim-out pools. You are walking toward a seemingly endless beach the width of a football field. And the thought remains: “I hope I like the room.” You will.

We stayed in the beachfront Altitude Tower. Altitude Club suites offer an elevated level of amenities. In the case of the beachfront tower those upgrades include killer views and access to the adults-only rooftop Sky Lounge.

That includes a well-stocked watering hole with top-shelf spirits.

And a soaking pool with deck on which to place top-shelf spirits.

Below the Sky Lounge are seven floors of oceanfront suites.

A great feature of the suites is the convertible sofa which swiftly and effortlessly folds out to create an additional bed.

Push-button blackout blinds for siestas!

On the ground level are suites with walk-out pools.

Perfect for cooling off with a view across the beach to the shimmering Sea of Cortez. Beach loungers right outside your sliding door.

Within the resort building surrounding the lobby deck are also one-of-a-kind next-level rooms for guests with a desire for more space.

The Presidential Suite is the resort’s largest, with an access door to an adjacent room for larger families and groups of amigos traveling together.

Some of the smaller suites could fit in the bedroom.

You can deliver your presidential proclamations to the greater resort from your balcony.

If your political aspirations go no higher than state level, you will stay in the Governor’s Suite, also an oversize space with a larger bathroom and jetted tub.

Your bed is angled to showcase the view over multiple pools and the sea.

There are more configurations of rooms in various price levels including ground-level garden-views with swim-out access.

This is a Junior Suite swim-out with garden view.

And its pool happens to be poolside.

Half of the rooms have king beds. The rest have two doubles. Odds are the time you will spend in your room will be a fraction of your time outside in Unlimited Luxury®. But it’s nice to know there’s a well-stocked mini-fridge and a big flatscreen.

Although most of the minuscule amount of TV we watched were on screens behind the lobby bar. We watched Mexico City’s UNAM Pumas lose to Querétaro 1-0. We were sad. The Pumas have far and away the cooler jerseys.
